Strategy Session - 2 hours by phone or in person to
complete your individualized Marketing Plan. We will
discuss the structure and timing of future sessions,
methods of communication and fees and such issues as:

- Creation
of an individualized, month-by-month marketing game
plan spreadsheet, which will be e-mailed or faxed
to you within 2 weeks of the initial session
- For
a pre-arranged ½ hour every week or one hour twice a
month we will have strategy
conferences one-on-one by phone focusing on your current
challenges.
- Call
me from wherever you are and, together, we will keep
you on track with your marketing. We will discuss priorities,
organization and working your own plan.

will monitor your marketing progress, empower you to
work your plan and support and encourage you throughout
the process.

Easy Update Form you complete before our session will
help you identify specific issue(s) you want to discuss.
- Fax
or email a burning marketing question and receive an
answer within 48 hours.

will help you implement any portion of the Marketing
Plan.
- Write
and produce your web site
- See
the latest web sites I have consulted on
- Review,
edit and give feedback on current marketing materials
- Write
materials, brochures, sales literature, direct mail
pieces
- Write
and place advertising and other marketing communications
- Recommend
co-op marketing and cross-promotion opportunities
- Create
targeted public relations specific to your business
including creation of a customized media list and
writing and placing articles
- Marketing
your web site and e-mail newsletter
 Your
monthly fee will make you eligible for discounts on future
group tele-conferences on specific business marketing
topics with occasional guest presenters and other services.
All
information shared in this program is kept strictly confidential.
This is a 6-month minimum agreement that is cancelable
